AI-Powered Visitor & Event Planning Assistant

The CCD is one of Europe's premier event venues. They needed a smarter way to handle the volume of enquiries from event organisers, delegates, and visitors — covering everything from logistics and capacity to directions and catering options.

We built a custom AI assistant and deployed it on their website. It handles the full range of visitor and planner queries conversationally, reducing the load on their front-of-house and events teams while ensuring visitors get accurate, immediate answers.
