Pure Cork is the official tourism and events platform for Cork city and county, managed by Cork City Council. With a constantly evolving events calendar, visitor information, and local business listings, they needed a smart way to surface the right information to visitors in real time.
We designed and deployed a two-agent AI system on the Pure Cork website. The primary agent, Rua, handles visitor enquiries about things to do, events, dining, and accommodation. A second specialist agent focuses on the events architecture — pulling live data to ensure visitors always get current, accurate event information.
